Between February 2006 and January 2007, tapirulan entered into a fruitful collaboration with Radio JTJ, a radio station from Cremona that broadcasts in “streaming”.
What does this strange word mean?
What does all this mean?
A streaming radio is a radio that can be listened to on the internet and not on radio frequencies. This means that by connecting to the Radio JTJ website (www.radiojtj.com) you can (could…) listen to the radio, and when our show was on, you could listen to the bands that were featured on the site at the time. The program lasted about 10-15 minutes, hosted by Stevie D, who, with the help of a member of our Association, introduced one of the artists featured on Tapirulan. Then it was on to the music: we'd listen to one song, sometimes two, per episode. We often had the pleasure of having the artists themselves as guests in the studio, allowing us to get to know them better. So, what we're offering in this section are some of the episodes we've broadcast, some of the more unusual ones, or those featuring the artists. In some cases, there's even a short photo report!
